Each seal is created using a blend of advanced technology and traditional craftsmanship. Precision CNC routers carve intricate designs from high-density urethane (HDU), followed by sandblasting, hand-sanding, and fine carving for smooth, dimensional detail. Each piece is hand-painted in dedicated finishing shops using automotive-grade paints. The result is a beautifully finished, heirloom-quality seal that stands as a lasting symbol of your service and legacy.

We stand behind the quality of our seals. If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect in craftsmanship, we’ll happily repair or replace it.
This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, modifications, improper care, or normal wear.

Shipping
Shipping
You can expect to receive your item in approximately 5-6 weeks. Items will come wrapped and protected in a heavy duty cardboard box with a built-in frame to prevent item movement.
In the event of damage incurred during shipping, it must be reported to us at tjeffersonglenn@legacycrest.us within 3 business days of receipt. Once your shipment has been received please open and inspect your package immediately. We strongly recommend opening the package(s) and inspecting the item while the driver is still there.
Should your item arrive with visible damage please note it with the driver when signing for your delivery. If there is damage to your item, and you do not report it within 3 days of shipment arrival, OR if you do not inspect your item within 3 days of arrival, and there is damage to it discovered after that date, our insurance will not cover the damage and we cannot make repairs unless you pay for the repair and shipping costs.

Because each seal is made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is in production.
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect in craftsmanship, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll happily repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
